I sought to find a visual style that reflected the lo-fi garage rock sound. I settled on a reference to the punks of the 70s and 80s, with a focus on collage and hand-rendered elements. I made the animation intentionally choppy to evoke the feeling of paper cutouts being placed and bumped around.
